Franky’s is an iconic hat brand from Amsterdam. To emphasize the deep Amsterdam roots of the brand I was asked to create some lettering to be used on their promotional material throughout the city center.

Inspired by the ‘Amsterdamse School’ style, I created some sketches inspired by the letterforms that are often found in architecture from the ‘Amsterdamse School’ style.
